In this role you will be responsible for supporting Stryker’s DRE Strategic Marketing Team, helping to define our technology portfolio strategy, steering our innovation efforts, and communicating subject matter expertise for the organization. During your internship you will not only have the opportunity to participate in impact projects, but also learn and practice Stryker’s Big Picture Framework

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Stryker’s DRE Strategic Marketing Team, helping to define our technology portfolio strategy, steering our innovation efforts, and communicating subject matter expertise for the organization. Key Activities & Accountabilities:
- Work in collaboration with Strategic and Portfolio Managers, as well as other marketing roles to provide administrative support in the execution of various marketing programs and research initiatives.
- Support with various requests for marketing related inquiries
- Gain exposure and support all cross-divisional Marketing teams as appropriate project opportunities become available. Competencies:
- Effective communication skills, able to communicate with sales and marketing
- Ability to comprehensively understand master data, transactional and analytical data, hierarchies, sources and relationships (analytical)
- Excel and data visualization skills
- Analytical, problem solver
- PowerBI skills
- Ability to work under time-pressure
- Proactive attitude in searching for fact-based answers to business questions
