Marketing Lead
Sightline Climate
The Company
Sightline is a market intelligence company purpose-built for energy and investment decision-makers. We provide AI-powered data, tools, and research to help investors, energy and utility leaders, and banks evaluate technologies, monitor tipping points, and act with confidence across sectors in power, grid, fuels, carbon, and industrials.
We work with 80+ leading organizations — including Southern Company, Google, Microsoft, EDF, HSBC, BHP, B Capital Group, Tokyo Gas, and Energy Impact Partners — to inform strategic decisions and capital allocation. Sightline is also the team behind CTVC, the industry’s go-to transition innovation briefing read by 75,000+ professionals globally.
The Team
We’re a small, high-trust team that thrives on clarity, autonomy, and shared impact.
The Marketing Lead will report directly to the CEO and help build a growing marketing function. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership across research, sales, and product to shape Sightline’s messaging, accelerate demand generation, and scale marketing campaigns that convert visibility into qualified leads.
You’ll be joining a group of motivated, mission-driven people who enjoy solving hard problems together.
About the Role
Sightline is seeking a Marketing Lead to build and run our marketing engine. This person will drive the strategy and hands-on execution that clarify our messaging, expand qualified leads, and position Sightline as the trusted intelligence partner for energy corporates, utilities, banks, and investors.
You’ll own end-to-end marketing across demand generation, content, and events — from optimizing CTVC’s reach and engagement, to scaling our event footprint, to refining our messaging for new audiences. You’ll plan, write, and launch campaigns yourself, including crafting copy, developing messaging, setting KPIs, creating assets, and measuring results.
You will work closely with Content Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Research teams to drive value for and engagement with our customers. This is a strategic, highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to build a best-in-class marketing function from the ground up.
