We're excited to support and grow our community and create spaces where runners come to train, connect, relax and indulge themselves in the sport they love. We are expanding our team to hire Retail Team Leads who will engage with customers, mentor our team of Retail Associates, and support the Trackhouse management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tracksmith vision by engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with all Trackhouse visitors.
- Lead by example in delivering consistent, world-class service while engaging with customers to understand their unique needs, and drive sales by effectively presenting appropriate solutions.
- Provide expert Tracksmith product knowledge.
- Assist the Trackhouse Manager and Community Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain the highest Visual Merchandising and Housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Availability to work at least 4 weekend days a month
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Great interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organisation.
- General knowledge of the Tracksmith brand and the local running community.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour + benefits including paid time off and health insurance coverage.
