TL;DR

As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be a key member of the Commercial Team, helping to execute our strategy by working team leads into qualified opportunities. Our goal is to be the most efficient and customer-focused team, so we are looking for talent that exudes those qualities.

This is a remote position based in the US, with two offsites a year to meet your teammates in person (and explore different cities around the country!).

What you'll do

  • You are responsible for working with leaders and executives from organizations in our enterprise segment. You will carry the full quota for this segment.

  • You work with Commercial and GTM team members to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting qualified meetings.

  • You work closely with our GTM teams to build and execute on personalized account-based outbound campaigns.

  • You conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to align our vision and ideal customer profile with their goals.

  • You turn qualified prospects into well-defined opportunities for the Tango Enterprise business.

  • You actively share feedback and learnings with cross-functional teams.

  • You overachieve on a defined quota and goals, both quarterly and annually.

What you have

  • 5-7 years of Sales or related experience. Bonus points for work at PLG and/or Series A-B companies.

  • You are eager to grow as a commercial leader.

  • You have a track record of going 0:1.

  • Quick learner and coachable. Always looking for ways to improve and develop your skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable and energized working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with ambiguity.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • You work well with teammates, like to strategize, and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities.

  • You're a self starter, competitive, and driven.

  • You're self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.

  • You view this opportunity as a career, not as a job.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

  • Our base salary compensation is approximately $150K to $175K per year plus variable compensation plus equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Multiple factors, including past experience and expertise, determine final offer amounts and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, we have an annual equity refresh program.
