What You'll Do
Drive Leadership Hiring
- Partner with Regional GMs and Area Leaders on talent planning for existing stores, new openings, and market expansions
- Own full-cycle recruiting for field leadership roles—from sourcing to offer close
- Build market-specific strategies using competitive intelligence and local insights
- Collaborate on succession planning and internal talent development
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while tracking pipeline health and continuously improving hiring quality
Enable High-Volume Hourly Hiring
- Train and coach Area Leaders and Coaches on effective hiring practices in our ATS (Fountain)
- Partner with field leaders to solve staffing challenges with creative, data-driven strategies
- Support new restaurant openings by aligning on hiring goals, timelines, and workflows
- Manage recruitment budgets, ad spend optimization, and hiring events
- Maintain ATS integrity and oversee hiring trackers and reporting
Be a Strategic Partner
- Use market data and recruiting metrics to influence talent decisions
- Build trust with leaders through transparency, accountability, and consultative guidance
- Anticipate hiring needs and proactively bring solutions to the table
- Champion a culture where everyone thinks like a recruiter

Salary range for this role:
Starting salary range based on experience
$78,000—$95,000 USD
