We are looking for a strategic, experienced sales enablement leader to drive training and development for our Event Cloud sales organization. This person will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful live and asynchronous learning, strengthen sales effectiveness across teams and segments, and ensure our reps are equipped with the product knowledge, industry insight, and selling skills needed to succeed.
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide sales training for Event Cloud holistically, with regular specific training catering towards verticals and divisions.
- Manage a regular calendar and schedule for monthly product trainings. Work with other SMEs across the org as needed to ensure product training is delivered on time and in line with the current/future needs of the org.
- Own Boost program management and communication
- Support the Commercial Account Management Sales Jam program with administrative duties such as sourcing pre-work, coordinating content, and internal communications.
- Support Commercial DS team with ad hoc requests and/or session facilitation where needed.
- Support Enterprise team with ad hoc requests and/or session facilitation where needed.
- Scope out needs for asynchronous learning across the EC team, proactively identifying opportunities for sales training involvement where asynchronous learning could benefit the team.
- Work with sales training enablement team to create asynchronous learnings and distribute them as needed across sales org.
- Partner with EC Sales Leadership to fine tune ongoing team strategy and ensure alignment with core business goals.
- Work directly with sales reps as needed to support learning and development in-seat.
Here's What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience selling new logos or performing account management duties in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and acumen, with the ability to translate that knowledge into tangible training and development for existing sales reps.
- Strong understanding of the event management industry.
- Strong presentation skills both in live and recorded format.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience with program logistics management and stakeholder management.
- Experience with curriculum development preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
