• Assist with the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, strategic rationale and data analysis
• Create presentation materials for Cvent’s senior executives which concisely present research findings informing mission-critical corporate decisions
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to identify areas of improvement in the business acquisition process and provide input for meaningful change within the organization
• Conduct research and analysis in the Event and Hospitality Cloud Software markets and competitive benchmarking
• Work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment, often with limited guidance and on intensive deadlines

• Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA
• GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher
• Strong analytic/problem solving skills
• Highly organized, detail conscious, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
