About the role:
We have a rewarding and lucrative position in the PSG-Dedicated Solution Builder team for Graduates. You will be dedicated to working with Cvent’s Enterprise clients and shall be responsible for implementing their event requirements in Cvent software and providing support for the entire event life cycle. In addition, you will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the Events Solution, drive Platform adoption and up sell their accounts.
In This Role, You Will:
- Work independently on Event Projects for dedicated clients
- Implement the information provided by the client and suggest best practices with ideal solutions
- Work closely with the Project Manager and the team in a Project Management environment
- Work with other departments such as Sales, Creative, Technology, and Product
- Produce client deliverables such as event registration website, attendee hub and event app setup, etc.
- Track time spent on projects and report it in Financial Force CRM
- Manage large scale and complex projects
- Follow the process and produce quality projects
- Provide exceptional customer service which results in renewals
- Drive project efficiency using the available AI and automation resources
- Upskill new team members by mentoring, participating in evaluations and peer-to-peer coaching
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience in Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Must have knowledge about project management (scope, risk and time management).
- Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying industry specific business knowledge.
- Should possess exceptional client servicing skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML will be an added advantage
- Proficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoption
- Prior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistant, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) to support operational efficiency and productivity
- Good to have: Foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily tasks
