About the role

This position will be responsible for managing international entities accounting function along with daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. You will be primarily responsible for a multitude of accounting activities, including financial analysis, general ledger review and assisting with the daily accounting needs. Ensure timely preparation and review of all required regulatory filings. The ideal candidate must possess experience in oversight and execution of ongoing accounting functions, ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A successful candidate should be able to collaborate with key stakeholders effectively and work across functions with various teams within Accounting department as well as outside of Accounting, including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal and Financial Planning & Analysis.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage administrative tasks with all financial systems in the GL team
  • Dedicate to work on all automation and AI projects in the GL team.
  • Oversee finance function of international entities, General Ledger, etc and ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards and principles along with other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee Monthly Closure of books of accounts along with monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure all statutory compliances for all entities
  • Perform & report various financial and accounting analysis MIS
  • Perform lease and commission reconciliation and its reporting
  • Perform / Review account reconciliations and flux analysis
  • Provide effective management & leadership to the team
  • Maintain & develop inter-departmental relationships

Here's What You Need:

  • Post Graduate with 6 + years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems including Oracle (EBS), Blackline, Alteryx, Kyriba, RPA/Bot platforms, and AI-based tools.
  • Proven experience in financial systems administration, ensuring data integrity, system controls, and process optimization.
  • Successfully led and supported automation initiatives, driving process improvements, efficiency gains, and control enhancements.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills are must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Concur, and Coupa is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of US-GAAP will be preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
