- Intake, Prioritization & Road mapping: Lead AI initiative intake orchestration, establishing clear channels, templates, and criteria for teams across Marketing to propose new AI opportunities.
- Develop and run a prioritization framework (e.g., impact/effort, value/risk) to rank AI projects, balancing quick wins with strategic, longer-term initiatives.
- Own the cross-team AI roadmap for Marketing, ensuring dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and regularly updated.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to plan and sequence AI work quarter by quarter, feeding into broader Marketing and company planning cycles.
- Project & Program Management: Run day-to-day project management for prioritized AI initiatives, including project planning, milestone definition, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Establish and maintain a central AI program calendar that captures key milestones, launches, experiments, enablement activities, and change-management moments across the program.
- Implement PMO-style tracking and reporting, providing regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level summaries on progress, risks, budget, and outcomes.
