We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead and manage our payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, and delivering exceptional support to employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep expertise in payroll systems, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments. Experience in international payroll, with a strong focus on India payroll, is essential. This position plays a pivotal role in driving payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction across multiple geographies.
In This Role, You Will:
- Payroll Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll for domestic and international employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including RSUs, equity, and stock options.
- Handle full and final settlements and employee benefits (Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Taxes, Gratuity, Pension, SRO taxes, VIC Taxes, etc).
- Maintain payroll systems (Workday, ADP) and ensure data integrity.
- Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and statutory reports.
- Lead internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare payroll reports for senior management.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the payroll team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global counterparts for seamless operations.

- Experience in implementing and managing payroll software solutions.
- Leverage AI/ML to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years of payroll management experience.
- Proficiency with payroll systems (Workday, ADP, etc.).
- Experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- GL knowledge is an advantage.
