Overview:

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented, and high‑energy professional to join our India office as an Associate Payroll / Senior Associate Payroll. This role will support India payroll operations in a fast‑paced environment that offers strong opportunities for professional growth and skill development. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with relevant local and international regulations, and providing high‑quality support to employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with payroll systems, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams. Prior experience with India payroll is essential. This role plays a key part in driving payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction across multiple geographies.


In This Role, You Will:

• Payroll Operations encompass managing end‑to‑end payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs, including equity and stock option payouts.
• This role also involves handling full and final settlements and administering employee benefits such as Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Taxes, Gratuity, and Pension, while maintaining payroll systems like Workday and ADP with a strong focus on data integrity.
• In addition, the role ensures compliance with local payroll regulations by preparing and submitting statutory filings and payroll tax reports and supporting both internal and external payroll audits.
• Leveraging technology and innovation, including the use of AI/ML to automate processes and improve efficiency, is key to continuous improvement.
• The role also provides dedicated employee support by addressing payroll‑related queries and discrepancies, while maintaining strict confidentiality and security of payroll data.

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of India payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems (Workday, Dayforce, ADP, etc.)
• Experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in collaboration and coordination
• Attention to detail and accuracy
