Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter/Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for our Australia and Singapore offices. This role focuses on recruiting for Sales and Client Services functions for Full-Time positions, but at times may be asked to support other functions as well.


In This Role, You Will:

• Partner with Cvent’s business leaders to determine strategic hiring needs for Sales and Client Services in Singapore and Australia.
• Own and establish high-volume search strategies to attract and engage talent across Singapore and Australia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers in the region.
• Identify and engage in-demand talent, promoting Cvent’s culture, roles, and career growth opportunities in Singapore and Australia.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screens to ensure that hiring managers receive qualified candidates.
• Apply thorough knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting to fill positions efficiently.
• Incorporate AI-enabled sourcing, assessment, and workflow strategies to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity.
• Assist with coordinating onsite interviews and office visit days for candidates in Singapore and Australia.

Here's What You Need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting environment preferred. Candidates with experience in metric-driven roles, including but not limited to sales, will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to communicate and promote recruiting efforts, create strategy, and drive the recruitment process for Singapore and Australia.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM to document, manage, and move candidates through the interview process.
• Ability to evaluate resumes based on skillset and fit for various positions.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work closely with business leaders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as required.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
