In This Role, You Will:

  • Advanced Facilitation and Coaching
    • Lead instructor-led and virtual sessions for complex modules; run simulations & role plays for new hires and existing employees
    • Mentor Associates and new trainers through co-facilitation, observation feedback, and calibration sessions
  • Assessment and Remediation
    • Calibrate and proctor assessments; analyze results to design remediation plans and microlearning interventions
    • Track learner progress and readiness; escalate risks early with data-backed recommendations
  • Content Ownership and Operations
    • Own assigned modules end-to-end (materials, training aids, checklists, assessments); ensure version control and LMS hygiene
    • Prepare training environments and datasets; coordinate schedules and communications to minimize reschedules
  • Readiness and Cross-Skilling
    • Facilitate AI enablement content and multi-product cross-skilling; contribute to M&A onboarding playbooks
    • Partner with QA/Ops/Product to convert release notes and defect themes into timely content updates
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Updates
  • Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and updates on Training effectiveness and throughput, pass rates, and cohort health

Here's What You Need:

  • Exposure to AI-Enabled Learning and training industry trends
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills (both Verbal & Written), adept at simplifying complex product workflows with adult learning expertise; hands-on curriculum design and assessment calibration
  • Data fluency (Excel/Sheets, MS Applications); experience with LMS and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise) is a plus
  • Comfort with virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom)
  • Certifications (nice to have): Kirkpatrick/Phillips ROI, Instructional Design
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Event Industry and SAAS based applications is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, engaging training environment and confidentiality when managing trainee challenges
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to act independently as well as collaborate with colleagues to achieve needed results
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow operational procedures
  • Should be comfortable working US hours (night shift)
