We’re looking to add new members to the Client Success Outreach team, who are responsible for using
customer health data to initiate key touchpoints with our clients as they use the Cvent platform. As a
member of the Client Success Outreach Team, you will join our dynamic, close-knit Client Services
department and gain best-in-class customer success experience. This is a great opportunity to build a

Outreach Specialists serve as a proactive resource for our clients after the completion of their initial
onboarding journey as they continue to adopt and expand their use of Cvent’s software. In this role, you
will be responsible for exercising an expert-level of product knowledge to ensure our clients are able to
realize the full benefits of Cvent’s software. Outreach Specialists spend majority of the day assisting
clients on the phone and/or via email, in addition to other special products and daily activities.
The ideal candidate should be extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, able to
independently manage their workday, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fun work environment. We’re
looking for someone who gets excited about having an important impact on a successful, growing
company known for its customer service. Our Client Services team is made up of people from various
educational backgrounds including, but not limited to: business, psychology, communications and
computer information systems.
In This Role, You Will:
- Drive customers’ success through proactive communication based on data and calls to action
related to customer health score. -
Facilitate support from other product lines and sales, as needed. -
Conduct personalized web-based presentations and training for Cvent users. -
Educate customers on available support and training resources and their value. -
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients both on the phone and via
email. -
Drive platform adoption, offer strategic guidance on leveraging the platform, offer best practice
tips to help clients meet business goals.
Here's What You Need:
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic
fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excel at developing relationships over the phone and in person
• Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
• Strong product knowledge of the Cvent Event Platform
