As an Associate or Senior Associate on the Sales Systems and Strategy team, you will play a critical role in
supporting post-merger integration activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) for system migrations and
enhancements (with a focus on Salesforce and Ironclad), documenting change management processes, and driving
key initiatives forward. You will work closely with Sales leads on M&A, help keep stakeholders accountable, and
partner with other teams to validate user stories for development. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented
role that requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
In This Role, You Will:
• Support post-merger integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including data migration,
process alignment, and system onboarding (Salesforce, Ironclad, and related tools).
• Conduct and coordinate UAT for system migrations and enhancements, with a primary focus on
Salesforce and Ironclad. Identify issues, document findings, and partner with technical teams to drive
resolution.
• Document change management processes, including process flows, training materials, and
communications to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes on internal wikis and
knowledge bases.
• Provide daily support to Sales leads for M&A, assisting with project tracking, issue resolution, and
coordination of integration tasks.
• Drive initiatives forward by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring
accountability for project milestones.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Assist the sales team in day to day operations through our sales ops help queues in order to drive
business forward.
Here's What You Need:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales systems, business operations, or a related field;
experience with M&A integration is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required); experience with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle
management tools is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in UAT, system migrations, or process improvement projects.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear process flows, training guides, and change
management materials.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for process optimization.
