In This Role, You Will:
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes across the entire customer journey, particularly in B2B marketing within the technology or hospitality sectors. The candidate should be both creative and analytical, a self-starter, adept at integrating advanced marketing automation and digital marketing techniques with physical, virtual, and hybrid events and marketing communications.
Position Duties:
- Campaign Development: Create optimised, targeted, and dynamic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, solicit prospect interest, and generate demand for Venue Directory among hotels and event planners.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads for the sales team by developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned with sales booking targets.
- Building Partnerships: Support partner marketing initiatives with product and brand content and communications with strategic industry partners
- Content Curation: Curate digital and social marketing content and sales enablement material to support campaign needs.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute online demos/webinars, promoting them in the region through various channels (email, paid social, generic social, etc.). Deliver consistent reporting and follow-up communications from online hosted events. Support with planning of Venue Directory in-person hosted events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across creative, content, digital, social, martech, and operations teams across multiple regions to execute on marketing strategy and achieve goals.
- Performance Tracking: Manage, measure, track, and report on metrics to evaluate marketing performance results and effectiveness across various activities and channels.
- Customer Campaign Delivery: Deliver on sold marketing placements such as e-newsletters, blogs and social media posts, liaising directly with customers and reporting on results.
Here's What You Need:
- Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B settings.
Skills:
- Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated and excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and proven use of online and digital marketing tools and techniques for developing and executing both inbound demand-generation and outbound nurture campaigns.
- Desirable:
- An understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Experience executing B2B campaigns across Europe.
- Experience of working in a multi-national, matrixed organisation to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple sales & marketing teams in remote locations.
- Experience of integrated marketing communications and creating campaigns which are executed across the mix.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and professional marketing qualifications preferred.
