Cvent is looking to expand its Sales Enablement team within Hospitality Cloud (HC) Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing enablement strategies and resources to help the Hospitality Cloud sales teams accelerate deals, improve win rates, and hit bookings goals. This role operates at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer success ensuring our sellers have the knowledge, tools, and assets needed to effectively position and sell Cvent Hospitality Cloud solutions in the market.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive the execution of global sales enablement initiatives in partnership with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams
  • Create and deliver go-to-market resources, including collateral, playbooks, salesroom templates, proposals, and presentation decks, to support the readiness of external-facing teams
  • Support cross-functional marketing campaigns and events with sales content and automation to drive marketing-attributed pipeline and bookings growth
  • Identify, Integrate and manage AI-powered tools and strategies to drive new levels of personalized content, training, and sales productivity
  • Develop, organize, and maintain a centralized library of enablement assets tailored to key personas and segments
  • Measure and report the impact of KPIs such as engagement platform adoption, content utilization, win rate, and pipeline influence
  • Collaborate with regional and vertical marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent globally and locally relevant

Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer-facing teams like sales enablement, product marketing, B2B marketing, SaaS sales management, or sales management, preferably in hospitality, travel, or marketing technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, group business sales cycles, and the needs of key personas
  • Experience using generative an/or AI agents to improve workflows and enhance output
  • Demonstrates collaborative, cross-functional communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex product and market information into clear, actionable sales guidance
  • Experience with enablement or engagement management platforms (e.g., Seismic) and sales analytics tools
