As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless integration solutions for Cvent’s clients.

• Lead end-to-end integration projects, from initial kickoff through deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and robust system architecture.
• Design, develop, and support custom integrations using Cvent’s APIs, webhooks, and other integration tools.
• Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting to resolve integration issues and escalations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver engaging integration demos, training sessions, and comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal audiences.
• Stay current on Cvent’s evolving products, services, and integration capabilities, proactively sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional services, sales engineering, or similar high-tech B2B roles.
• Strong proficiency in project management, business analysis, and system design methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ownership mentality, and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage project plans across multiple complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and curl.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
