In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee and manage MarTech integrations across marketing websites, including both marketing
pages and product site components.
• Ensure seamless integration of web forms with marketing automation tools (such as Marketo),
incorporating features like reCaptcha, form validation, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and
other data privacy regulations.
• Write semantic, optimized code that adheres to W3C standards and industry best practices.
• Conduct weekly reviews of monitored URLs using tools like Gtmetrix, sharing performance reports
and addressing any issues that impact key web performance indicators.
• Research, develop, and implement solutions to improve site speed and performance KPIs,
collaborating with peers to determine the most effective approaches.
• Document all web performance initiatives, track progress, and regularly review outcomes with web
leadership.
• Ensure all websites comply with EU Accessibility Act standards by proactively identifying, reporting,
and resolving accessibility issues, and maintaining an up-to-date accessibility checklist.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and backlog meetings, plan and prioritize tickets, and
collaborate with Agile team members on new components and UX implementations.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, provide accurate estimations, and track sprint work
in JIRA.
• Support SEO and CRO initiatives in coordination with the Digital Marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams and other stakeholders to integrate new features and
functionalities into the website.
• Translate approved UI/UX designs into HTML and work with IT engineers to ensure ongoing website
health and security.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and APIs (such as those for content
personalization, chatbots, predictive analytics, or automated QA/testing) to enhance user experience
and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends relevant to web development and MarTech,
and proactively recommend and drive adoption where beneficial.


Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferably a B.Tech
• 4–5 years of hands-on front-end web development experience, preferably with marketing websites.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React and/or Angular is a plus.
• Advanced skills in building pages with Webflow CMS.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SASS/LESS (CSS pre-processors)
• Thorough understanding of various Webflow CMS configurations
• Solid knowledge of client-side and server-side JavaScript, including jQuery, Ajax, and JSON
• Knowledge of web performance optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix), accessibility standards, and
SEO/CRO best practices.
• Experience using version control systems (such as GIT) and working with RESTful APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; with a strong ability to collaborate across
teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document and communicate technical
work effectively. Able to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
