About the role

The Creative Video Producer will spearhead the creation, management, and distribution of innovative video and social content to drive qualified leads and enhance Range's marketing funnel. This role requires a creative visionary who can push boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.

This position is based in New York City. Employees hired for this role will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in this area, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.

We're seeking a curious, experimental thinker who can challenge conventional approaches to financial content and bring fresh perspectives to our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment but isn't afraid to champion bold, unconventional ideas.

What you’ll do with us

  • Video Content Creation: Produce and edit innovative video content across social and web formats, experimenting with new approaches to short-form video, long-form video, customer testimonials, and video podcasts.

  • Content Distribution: Develop and test creative distribution strategies across social and web platforms to maximize reach and lead generation.

  • Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy with a creative, experimental mindset, developing unique content that maintains brand consistency while pushing boundaries.

  • Creative Exploration: Proactively identify and test unconventional content formats and storytelling techniques that differentiate Range from competitors.

  • Research and Strategy: Identify innovative, relevant topics aligned with Range’s messaging and audience interests.

  • Content Innovation: Experience developing unique content formats that stand out in crowded digital spaces.

  • Production Management: Ability to balance creative exploration with efficient workflow management, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs.

  • Intellectual Curiosity: Passion for staying ahead of content trends and bringing fresh perspectives to financial industry storytelling.
