Position Summary:

A formulator will be responsible for processing customer orders using the Order Management System (OMS) and accurately dispensing and mixing materials. They ensure inventory levels are maintained, workflow remains consistent, and production goals are met in a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders using the Order Management System (OMS) by using the requested base and complex materials. Dispense correct quantities of materials as per customer’s recipe.
• Combine materials using a mechanical high speed mixer [if applicable] / or by hand and transfer finished products to the next manufacturing step.
• Maintain consistent workflow in a fast paced environment to meet and/or exceed daily production goals.
• Fill out daily paper work needed by Quality and for retaining batch records.
• Keep adequate inventory levels of WIP bases, complex raw materials in your lab area during the shift and replenish missing items before leaving for the day.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from supervisor and/or manager.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to GMP Standards as prescribed by the Quality Department.
• Keep Track of Inventory and record necessary transactions in Prose’s Warehouse Management System [WMS]

Candidates based in the Los Angeles area can expect a full-time, hourly base salary of $21.25. This position is on-site at our LA manufacturing facility in Commerce, CA.
