The Role
We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Partnership Manager to join our Business Development team. This individual will play an instrumental role in driving expansion by building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline of strategic partners. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, sourcing, and securing new partnerships that align with our market goals and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with internal teams; including but not limited to Marketing and Product to maximize partnership impact and generate measurable value for the company.
What You’ll Do
- Actively identify and pursue new partners across sectors aligned with our ICP to build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Lead outreach strategies to secure new partnerships that align with company’s strategic growth areas.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners to foster strong, collaborative engagement and reinforce Fancy’s role as a trusted bridge between property managers and tenants.
- Drive early-stage conversations with potential partners, setting the foundation for successful, revenue-generating relationships.
- Own the full lifecycle of partnership development, from prospecting and outreach to closing and managing long-term, revenue-generating relationships, while collaborating closely with internal operations team to ensure alignment.
- Track, analyze, and optimize outreach campaigns, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Continuously research market trends and competitor activities to identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities.
- Lead partnership initiatives, such as co-marketing campaigns, co-branded activation programs, and integration of partner rewards or redemption capabilities into the Fancy ecosystem to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, and/or equivalent experience in partnerships, business development, or sales accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5+ years of experience in property management, PropTech, or relevant SaaS partnerships/sales.
- Proven track record of driving new business or partnerships in a consultative, solutions-focused manner.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within the property management or PropTech industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficient in CRM and partner intelligence tools, including HubSpot and ZoomInfo, managing relationship pipelines, tracking partner engagement, and surface growth opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data to inform decision-making.

The salary range for a Partnership Manager is $120,000 to $170,000.
