Position Summary:
Endeavor is seeking an assistant who will support the Senior Vice President, of Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ASSISTANT to SVP | Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy

Position Summary:
Endeavor is seeking an assistant who will support the Senior Vice President, of Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll calls, manage calendar and email inbox for SVP and department staff.
- Help coordinate department presenter schedules for the Endeavor Inclusion Quarterly Report and the WME Inclusion Rollout; support on the tech side during the live presentation.
- Organize and prepare agendas, materials, follow-up notes, and action items for meetings.
- Coordinating and managing internal reporting
- Arranging team and department files
- Arrange international and domestic travel arrangements, accommodations, off-site meetings, and event logistics.
- Prep for end-of-day (EOD) meetings with SVP 2 - 3 times a week; review to-do’s, pinned and flagged emails, schedule and run through meeting approvals.
- Submit SVP and department expenses with the proper internal order numbers and codes in Concur.
- Department event support: book conference rooms, print materials, order catering, greet externals, and be the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Manage department inclusion office hours (Microsoft Bookings).
- Track and update SVP’s contact list
- Support department VPs on Impact, Inclusion and Government Relations on specific project needs
- Social media support
- Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Minimum of 1 year of general business and administrative experience is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (& Google’s equivalents); Zoom; and invoicing platforms such as, SAP Concur, is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistent, dependable, and accurate in completing responsibilities/tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events.
